Susan E. Schwartz Ph.D.

Susan E. Schwartz, Ph.D., trained in Zurich, Switzerland, as a Jungian analyst. She is a clinical psychologist and member of the International Association of Analytical Psychology. Her articles appear in many journals and chapters in books on Jungian analytical psychology.

Susan has published articles in many journals and chapters in books on Jungian analytical psychology. She is the author of The Absent Father Effect on Daughters: Father Desire, Father Wounds and The Imposter Syndrome and The ‘As-If’ Personality: The Fragility of Self. Her forthcoming book is Girl Unfolding—Puella’s Emergence: A Jungian Exploration, all published by Routledge.

Her Jungian analytical practice is in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
