He has worked with Fortune 500 companies, the White House, the State Department, and the Pentagon, and has served as an adviser and mediator in conflicts and wars in the Middle East, Colombia, Korea, and Ukraine. His most recent book is Possible: How We Survive (and Thrive) in an Age of Conflict.
