Lawrence D. Blum, M.D., is Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Adjunct Professor of Anthropology at the University of Pennsylvania, where he also co-directs the undergraduate minor in psychoanalytic studies. He is also a training and supervising psychoanalyst at the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia. He as has degrees from Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He is a member of the American Psychoanalytic Association.
